This is the first of its kind! A fully built 60 m2 sales office has toured all around the east coast of NSW, and been in Multiple Home Renovation expo’s. In 2017 Ascension Living displayed this full size granny flat at the HIA Sydney Home Show and won the Best Presented Sale Stand inside the International Convention Centre, Sydney. With all its high end finishes, this popular design from the “Bijou” range has seen the company take Granny Flat living to the next level.

Design Features
The building consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - with the main bathroom showcasing a fully functioning laundry with all the high-end finishes one could desire. A large and spacious combined lounge, kitchen and dining area complete with 7 meter long bi-fold doors across the front opening up onto a 18 m2 entertaining deck, was also showcased.
